At Help,Save,And Protect, we strive to bring people together and create a sense of belonging and connection within our communities. We are a nonprofit organization committed to making a positive impact. Thank you for joining us in this journey.
Aishwarya Bharathram is a passionate environmentalist, student leader, and advocate for animal welfare. She founded Help, Save, and Protect in 2016 as a first grader, determined to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable animals and protect the natural world. What began as a small act of compassion has since grown into a vibrant youth-led movement with hundreds of volunteers dedicated to rescue, restoration, and advocacy.
Over the years, Aishwarya has led community drives, raised awareness, and mobilized students to plant native species, deliver donations to wildlife organizations, and directly intervene in the lives of injured or endangered animals. Her work has helped save many animals and sparked lasting change in communities.
Now a high school student, Aishwarya continues to grow Help, Save, and Protect with an even bigger spirit of empathy and purpose. Her efforts are rooted in the belief that young people can—and must—be forces of hope and healing for the planet. With every project, she aims to amplify that message: even the smallest hands can make the greatest impact.
